Q.Can
we inspect the vehicles / meet horses before the wedding ?

Q. How much travel time do we allow per mile
for H & C ?
We average
around 15 minutes per mile
Q. Do you provide ribbons, decoration etc ?
Ribbons and flowers are
included in any colour to compliment your colour scheme, complimentary
bubbly, and a just married sign.
Q. If the weather is adverse, is there adequate shelter in
the carriage / cars ?
We supply blankets in the carriage and always
carry umbrellas also in colours to match the vehicle, won't look
like your wedding is sponsored by legal n general.
Q. What time do you arrive at the collection point?
We arrive at
a pre-arranged time usually around 15 minutes before we need to set
off.
Q. How many passengers can be carried in one trip ?
Depends on the
vehicle, limos all carry 7 passengers. humber 3 to 4 passengers carriage
is just bride and groom (+ driver and attendant)
Q. Can we make two or more journeys to the Church etc?
Prices quoted
are based on 2 trips home to church/venue and again to the reception,
should you require further trips these can be accommodated.
Q. Can we stop off at a park for photographs on the way to reception
?
It is usual to stop on route for photos however
if it is some way away, we do charge a little extra for this usually
around £20,
(we do need prior notice if it is a public place, as we need to
present our public liability insurance proof to relevant parties)
Q. How long in advance should I book the vehicle I want?
Early
booking is advised to avoid disappointment.
Q. Will there be hidden costs?
No the price quoted is the price
you pay. All trips are agreed on booking. Should you discover you
need further trips then these may incur nominal further charges.
Q. How much deposit do I pay?
We ask for a booking fee of £50.
Q. When do we pay the balance ?
The Balance is payable 4 weeks
prior to the wedding, we do send out a reminder booking form 6/8
weeks prior to your special day, this is also ensures all the details
are correct.
